|Top route||Santiago Arturo Merino Benitez to Sao Paulo Guarulhos Intl|
|Top airport||Santiago Arturo Merino Benitez|
Clean and “new plane” compared to my preview’s experiene. Thank ypu
Very old airplane! Feels durty!
itinerary on time
The wait time at check in is extremely too long. I waited for two hours. I had 20 mins to make my flight after security and customs check.
the fly too late. delay
My flight from Lima to La has been delay for 2 hours l has to run because l had a conecction from La to Phoenix of course the airport was a mess because it was under construcción. My coneccion was delay again for 45 minutes! Well l made it l guess! The landing was horrible!!
Cons: More space between seats
Pros: I am loving the fact how the crew are disembarking and embarking passengers. So far better than many big companies out there in North America
Pros: The customer service
Cons: Excelente atención y servicio
Pros: professional service from employees...
Cons: A snack / water :)
Pros: Amazing crew
Cons: More humane treatment. Honor diet request
Pros: Nothing as we could not take the flight.
Cons: Allowing the option to change your ticket date, but failing all debit and credit cards payments offered, actually means that they are not allowing flight changes due to COVID related issues like they say they do. We had to book new tickets with another airline to get home.
Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Baby screaming & passengers not using headphones
Pros: The seat was comfort, good attention, flight on timing 😇
Cons: In several times the plane went down and up, and I think the pilot had no experience or it was the first time flying
Cons: The flight was full and all seats were taken. It means it was impossible to maintain the required and necessary social distancing.
Cons: I needed to change my ticket and Kayak had another agency issue the ticket. Kayak does not change tickets and the third party and the airline said only Kayak could make the change. Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned.
Pros: No Crew.
Cons: The flight was cancelled, never went.
Pros: I never flew to Rome because of LATAM!
Cons: Flying home
Pros: Good order and efficient.
Cons: All fine with me.
Pros: The boarding process of back to front was really efficient and thoughtful with the pandemic. And the smocks the FA wore.
Cons: exaggerated restrictions due to covid.
Pros: The crew was nice and the seat was fine
Cons: New seats, internet service and at least water.
Pros: Muito confortável. Boarding muito rápido. Muito bem atendido a bordo.
Cons: Infelizmente o serviço de bordo não pode ser apreciado, mas entendo que é pela segurança dos passageiros.
Pros: The crew was great
Cons: They should be on time but we left 30 minutes later.
Cons: Boarding was very confusing. The waiting area was filled with people milling around, trying to find their line.
Cons: My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak.
Pros: seat was comfortable
Cons: On a long flight, lack of drinking water during the flight, need to improve on this. Lack of communication needs to be improved
Pros: Comfortable flight, friendly staff
The Chilean carrier LATAM Airlines is one of the most prevalent throughout Latin America and manages its operations from a primary base in Santiago. A significant reason that it has such a strong presence in the region is due to the fact that it has secondary hubs in Colombia (Bogotá), Peru (Lima), Ecuador (Guayaquil and Quito) and Argentina (Buenos Aires). Flights are available to more than 20 countries across Latin America, North America, Europe, Oceania and the Caribbean.
You can choose between Economy, Premium Economy and Premium Business on your LATAM Airlines flight. The Premium Economy section provides greater legroom as well as increased privacy, with a maximum of 12 passengers in the separated section of the cabin. A full reclining seat that stretches in length to 6 ft 4 in is available in Premium Business, along with gourmet food designed by chefs and some of the finest varieties from Latin American wineries.
It is part of the greater LATAM Airlines Group, which manages a host of subsidiaries that include targeted airlines in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Peru. LATAM Airlines joined the oneworld alliance in 1999 and partners alongside global giants American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Iberia and Qatar Airways. Customers are able to purchase round-the-world tickets as a result of the alliance.
A mix of both Airbus and Boeing aircraft are chosen to fill out the fleet, with a preference for narrow-body jets that are designed to carry between 150 and 250 passengers. Airbus A320 models are most commonly flown for short-to-medium distance routes within Latin America, while the Boeing 787 Dreamliner is chosen for transcontinental flights.
