Pros (+) Very close to Children's Mercy Hospital.
Cons (-) I asked the front desk 3 times, 3 days in a row to please fix the light in the bathroom. Each time they stated it would be taken care of. I gave up after the third request on the third day. They are obviously NOT passing along the requests to have maintenance fix these sort of things or there simply was no maintenance person available.
