Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, mainly due to poor cleanliness, unhelpful or rude service, and rooms that did not match online photos. Many found the rooms small, dirty, and poorly maintained, with issues like dirty bed linen, unclean bathrooms, and lack of amenities. Some reviewers mentioned the hotel was not good value for the price charged. However, a few guests appreciated the central location and proximity to transport, and a handful noted helpful staff or good room size, but these positives were rare compared to the negatives.
