Pros:I liked the car and how fast and friendly they were in BoiseCons:I didn't like that my debit card was swiped and then I was told about the $200 deposit this was my first time renting a car I don't know how all this works I was told to sign a paper stating that the car had no damage then go out and look for damage and come back in and let them know if there is any, there was. Then we went out so I could show her this car should have been checked before I paid for the use of it instead of trying to catch me off guard and put the blame on me they need to work on that other than that it's fineReviewed 23 Sep 2016

They Gave Away My CarPros:Nothing. I didn't get my car and luckily the great people at Avis helped me out. Go with the Avis people.Cons:Kayak didn't alert them to my flight plans and therefore they gave the vehicle away.Reviewed 15 Oct 2015
