Pros:Staff was great at pickup. We had a problem locking a broken door, stopped at Hertz in Turlock and they were great.Cons:One back door and the side sliding door were broken. The back door had to be opened with a wrench. The sliding door could not be opened from inside.Reviewed 10 Apr 2021

Pros:The people in Visalia were very easy to deal with. Unlike PDX were thier personnel were no were to be found. It seemed that drop off was based on having the smart phone. Which I don.t use. But after looking around I found a Hertz parking attendent, and he took my name and the keys. I perfer human interaction.Cons:More human interactionReviewed 14 Aug 2020

GoodPros:Car I got was the Toyota Yaris. It was real good on gas , doesn't take much to fill up.Cons:I didn't like that charged an extra $27 for being under the age of 25 , when you go and pick it up.Reviewed 28 Mar 2017

no pick up, or drop off on SaturdayPros:So besides not offering pick ups or drop offs on Saturdays, if you are picking up or dropping off a car on Saturday they close at noon, but the reservation says pick up at 12, and if you are dropping off, it says 12:00 return time, so just be aware that you skips really be there by 11:30, 11:45 at the latest or you won't get a car or will have to pay for an extra day or twoReviewed 27 Mar 2017
