Pros:Nothing, the entire process is a joke. You reserve a car online and when you get there, they tell you they have no cars available.Cons:Have cars for people to take if you were to accept their reservation or don't take the reservation if you cant guarantee that a car will be availableReviewed 26 May 2019

Hertz's poor customer servicePros:The price per day was competitive.Cons:Awful customer service at the desk for the following reasons: - minimally staffed (one person) - the lone rental agent would answer the phone and provide sales related assistance on the phone while handling a rental at the desk and with others waiting in line; - the time it took to complete the rental: one hour; - the discourteous and surliness of the rental agent when I asked (after waiting for 15 minutes in line) whether the rental car was available; - as for the car, a tire had a leak requiring several air pump stops during the 8 day rental.Reviewed 29 May 2017

Absolutely the worst servicePros:Convenient locationCons:Not enough staff present. Long wait time. We prepaid for a full tank of gas, but only got a little over half. Tires were not fully inflated. Took us 1.5 hours to pick up pre-paid rental. took us 45 minutes to return it. They charged us incorrectly for gas, instead of refunding the money they wanted to give us a voucher. Pros:Tbe car was really dirty when i picked it up. And power adapter didn't work so i couldn't charge my phone to access gps which made things interesting. Other that it was ok. A little pricey.Reviewed 22 Dec 2016

We switched venues at the last minutePros:We needed to change our drop off point at the last minute. It didn't phase Hertz in the least. They provided the same great service at the Vacaville drop off point. (I never saw the Vallejo office.)Reviewed 13 Oct 2016

Pros:Absolutely nothingCons:I reserved a full size vehicle when I went to pick up my rental they only had a Nissan Sentra they said that's all we got .
