Cons:The car provided to me was filthy. I could barely see through the smeared windshield, and there wasn't a drop of washer fluid. Worse, there was a terrible scraping sound that Hertz must have known about. This car should not have been rented to anyone, certainly not at the high price that I paid. It was the worst rental car experience I have ever had.Reviewed 26 May 2021

Cons:When I picked up the car, I was told that the gas tank was full. When I got on the road, I realized that the tank was only 1/4 full. The vehicle also reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that we had to get air fresheners and all had a massive headache. The car was not clean on the outside. Inside was fine. We also had to put air in one of the tires three different times during our trip. This was not a good car rental experience.Reviewed 1 Dec 2020

Pros:The staff were very unfriendly and did not attempt to help us at all. They acted powerless because it was through a third party. The girl that checked us in had a sour attitude and made the start to our vacation poor. She doesn’t need to be in customer service.Cons:We accidents selected the wrong time to pick up our car and were 2 hours late. No one called us and I think that would be something beneficial so that people could try to get there as quickly as possible.Reviewed 10 Sep 2020

Pros:Absolutely nothingCons:This booking site and their actual inventory are totally inaccurate. Booked 4 separate times and vehicle was never available even after speaking with an agent all those times. Ended up using a dealership to rent something. Drop off was easy.Cons:Clearer instructions prior to pickup when rental has been paid in full via deal through travel website such as Kayak.
