Cons:The car was filthy when we picked it up. Worse, the shocks were gone, alignment bad, passenger door lock did not work. Car was delivered with no windshield washer fluid. Tires nearly bald. Helpful staff at hertzPros:The staff at the hertz counter in Mendoza were very helpful, friendly, and quick.Cons:Returning the car was slower than we are used to because you park the car, bring the keys inside, then a clearly walks back outside to check the car.
