Pros:The people at both check and drop off were very friendly.Cons:The car smelled incredibly smoky - so bad that it stayed on my clothes after I left the car. It was gross. The car was not clean when I picked it up. I returned the car three days early because I could not stand the smell.Reviewed 10 Oct 2020

Had to cancel, too many issues.Pros:NothingCons:As a gift my mother was renting my girlfriend and I a car to see if we might want to purchase the same type of vehicle. Hertz would not allow me to be the driver and allow her to pay for it on her credit card. But we also were allowed to put her as the driver if she was technically never going to be driving the vehicle.Reviewed 3 Apr 2017
