Amazing Experience!Pros:I was able to upgrade my compact car to a Camaro Convertable for a small cost. It was an amazing experience! It drove smooth, great on gas and was very clean. I would rent a Camaro again. Pick up and drop off was simple and the customer service was top notch! I will definitely rent here again.Cons:I loved everything.Reviewed 6 May 2018

Pros:Picking up and dropping off the vehicle was easy and painless. The staff was courteous and efficient. The vehicle was what I had reserved, clean and ready to go. The Nissan Rogue was comfortable, had reasonable gas mileage and just did everything I asked of it. The vehicle ran beautifully and had no issues going from altitude in Colorado to near sea level in South Texas and back.Reviewed 23 Dec 2017

Two unsafe cars under one rentalCons:Had to exchange cars twice during our trip due to unsafe tires and alignment. We were on a long distance road trip and felt unsafe for the majority of our trip. The rental rates were good but not sure I would book with Hertz again due to lack of car maintenance.Reviewed 27 Nov 2017

Returns to Hertz in Fort Collins are difficult, ofPros:The staff is great. Car pickup was fine.Cons:Returning a car off hours is ridiculous. A note on the front door says to park in the "Back lot." No idea of where the "back lot is." Nothing on the note. The note on the front door threatens that offenders may be towed at their expense. Once you find the back lot, the note says to park the return in Hertz' "row." There are four marked spaces in that "row." They were full. The note does not indicate where the key drop is for off hours returns. All in all I spent way too much time figuring this out, and I find the lack of consideration very irritating. Step up! It's called "customer service" not "hide and go seek"!Reviewed 27 Mar 2017
