Pros:Nothing. Zero. First time user and "never again".Cons:Wanted (and booked) a one day rental on Martha's Vineyard, MA. Checked the pick up location; close to the ferry. Excellent. I confirmed. The confirmation now switched to Falmouth, MA, where I live. Was supposed to pick up the car on Gifford St. on the Vineyard. NOT Gifford St. in Falmouth. Can't cancel through Hertz; "gotta go through Kayak". Kayak says "no refunds or cancellations, gotta go through Hertz". Horribly run company. Never again using Kayak.Reviewed 6 Oct 2018

Car smelled heavily of cigarette smokePros:It was easy enough the retrieve car.Cons:Car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, like it’d been smoked in a lot more than once. There was a bottle of Fabreeze under the drivers seat. While picking up the car the attendant filled out the survey upon renting the car (asking if the car was clean etc.) for us and didn’t acknowledge the questions to US. Probably won’t rent from this Hertz location again.Reviewed 30 Oct 2017
