Nothing. They met us at the New Bedford Pier at least with a car, but not the right one.Cons:
The car was a whole size down from a full suv to a crv for a family of 5. Charged us over 300 dollars too much for it.10.0 Wonderful

The amount of room in it.Cons:
I didn't like the fact your cigarette lighter didn't work, the safety of our wellbeing wasn't there, we couldn't use the gps nor be able to charge it or phones. So if anything would of happened to us we had no way to find us or call for help. Very disturbing.Budget

Car smelled horribly of cigarettes. I went back and asked for a different car, which had the same problem. Staff were unsurprised you hear that the cars had strong smoke smell and did not have another car to offer. I tried to clean myself and keep windows open as I needed the car but the smell was awful. I have never experienced such a poorly cleaned/smoke ridden rental car.6.0 Okay

It was a new reliable car that drove nicely. Pick up and drop off was easy and convenient.Cons:
I had to take the car home right after pick up to clean the inside of the windshield. It was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. We packed up the car and left for our vacation. When we arrived at our destination, we pulled the suitcases out of the trunk to find them to be wet! We drove through some rain and apparently it makes it's way inside the trunk. We had some wet clothes which was a huge inconvenience to try to get dey in a hotel room. It wasn't a good way to start my vacation.8.8 Very Good

Inside wasn’t very clean. You could tell someone before had rented with a dog or animal as white hairs were still near around shift console and on sides of seats/ back of trunk area.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The lady who waited on me was an angel! Somehow my reservation had been canceled but she got me the car I needed and a slightly better deal than my original reservation! I was in and out in 20 minutes. AND the drop off in New Jersey I was waited on even though I had gone to the Budget vs Avis which was what the car had papers for. Thanks for the awesome service!Cons:

This rental never happened. They started calling me Thursday, for the Saturday rental, saying they were. It sure they would have the truck I requested. I was uninformed of a credit check and no refund with a debit card purchase unon finding out I could not rent. Completely unacceptable. I did not receive a rental from this company and I am down 138$. Never again.NextCar
