The staff were very friendly and accommodating but the car they had for me was way too small and definitely not in the class I rented. Hertz needs to reassess the classification given to cars that have recently gone through “updates.” A 2020 Ford Escape is NOT the same as a 2015 Ford Escape.Reviewed 28 Dec 2021

Hertz called me 9 hours before I was supposed to pick up my car to tell me they had overbooked by 200 cars and were unable to honor my reservation. There was no attempt by Hertz to resolve the huge problem they had just created for me, I was on my own. Fortunately, their competitor Avis took a same day reservation and provided me with a car that afternoon.Reviewed 24 Dec 2021
