Pros:The vehicle worked fine 3Cons:I made a pre paid reservation a month earlier When i went to pick up the vehicle, you did not have it available. A similar vehicle was returned as I was about to leave and because I really didn't have more time to lose, I took it. Dirty and with less of a quarter tank of gas. The vehicle was fine but don't think I should have had to go thru the stress. My Hertz experience in Mexico was great. Pretty sad our quality here wasn't up to par. The crew did ask me to wait to get the vehicle ready. I prepaid it so o could leave as scheduled for my trip.Reviewed 12 Apr 2018

Worst experience everCons:Booked the rental to evacuate from hurricane Irma, went to pick up the car 4 days before The storm and the locations closed without telling anyone even though our rental was confirmed. Called customer service and they told me if I wasn't willing to drive an hour north to a different location then I was out of luck.. this was the least professional experience I've ever hadReviewed 14 Sep 2017
