Pros:The staff was helpful and friendly with good English ability. They worked hard to process me as quickly as possible on both ends.Cons:I was surprised by a large deposit "required by the non-Hertz insurance" I had purchased. Pros:Excellent value. I have never driven a small car like the Toyota Aygo, but it turned out quite fine even going up the steep hills. Excellent gas mileage.Cons:Only that there was no windshield wiper liquid in the reservoir. I have already told Hertz about this and they said that they will take care of it.Reviewed 20 Sep 2017

Pros:Affordable and efficient! We rented a car in Belgrade, Serbia for a road trip through Serbia, Macedonia, and Bulgaria. Car was great, check in and out was great, and we appreciated Hertz's policy of no-charge for spouses as additional driver (if you're a member of their rewards group).Reviewed 19 Sep 2017
