Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's lively atmosphere, social vibe, and beautiful natural setting, making it a memorable place to stay. The location, while scenic and peaceful, is remote and often described as far from the main attractions, requiring transportation. Service and staff received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them friendly and helpful, while others experienced unhelpful or rude behavior. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, particularly regarding bathrooms and bedding. The on-site restaurant and food offerings were generally appreciated, though some found prices high and portion sizes inconsistent. Overall, the unique atmosphere and setting were highlights, but improvements in cleanliness, service consistency, and accessibility would enhance the experience.
