Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the beach and cruise terminal. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, mold, and unpleasant smells. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced inattentiveness and unprofessionalism. Breakfast options were often described as limited or disappointing, and several guests reported problems with the elevators, including frequent breakdowns and long wait times. Overall, while the location was a major positive, cleanliness, breakfast, and maintenance issues detracted from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
