BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I actually wasn't sure it would work out - it was too easy! The price was the best (and I compared a lot) the car was exactly what I was looking for, the dates had the car available, and I didn't have to pay until pick up. There was a courtesy call two days prior to confirm my reservation. I was an hour late and they called the day of to make sure the details were correct. The vehicle was perfect! The rental location was closed when I arrived. It is my fault for being an hour late (delayed flight), but they didn't let me know about their 12 PM location close time when I confirmed my reservation with them a few days earlier.Reviewed 24 Jul 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly, helpful and proactive. Thumbs up for this crew working at this location.Cons:I understand about not letting people go inside due to pandemic issues. But please find a way to accommodate customers while waiting outside without having to be exposed to sun and rain. There must be a better way to operate. Pros:I had a reservation for 6pm. I called to let them know I was on my way. They said we close at 6pm. I said how was I able to make a reservation for 6pm of you close at 6pm. He said "how far are you?" I will wait, When we got there we called, no answer and the door was locked.Cons:If he was nor planning on waiting for us then he should have said that on the phone and not made us waste or time.Reviewed 7 Jul 2020

Pros:Staff friendly, but incompetent. Lots of opportunity for training here.Cons:1) Have the vehicle ready for pickup at the appropriate time. Ours was dirty, and had less than 1/4 tank of gas. 2) Improve team communication. We reserved an SUV because we were 5 traveling together, and I communicated this to the Enterprise staff twice. They still got it wrong. I told them early on the morning of our rental when I called (per their request) to confirm the rental. I told them again when we called for pickup at 3:45 pm. They showed up in a sedan that held 4 (including their driver), so half of our party had to wait at the train station for another pickup. 3) VERY long delay at pickup due to issues #1 and #2. They offered to put gas in the car, and we agreed, thinking that the amount of gas in the car at that time wouldn't even get us out of town. But their gas run took 40+ minutes. Did they go all the way to the airport for it? As a result, instead of slipping out of town before rush hour, we had to drive into the heart of it. They should have warned us of the distance they had to travel for the gas, and the amount of time it would take. 4) No ice scraper in a vehicle, in the winter, in New England. Reservation NightmareCons:Booked a res at store near me agent said it was for another location, but was 2nd time that week it happened. Short on time we tried a different location, after confirming this other location had cars avail she transferred my res and I drove 30 mins out of my way. Sat in traffic got to other location only to find they had NO rentals avail. I booked this res a week prior. Store mgr said he'd find me a car, offered an upgrade (reserved full size). I was given a compact sport suv. This was, after sitting in their store for another 30 mins. Then after returning the car I was charged $44.00 more for returning 2 hours late due to traffic (I called ahead).Reviewed 11 Jul 2018

Enterprise rental office was closed.Cons:Reservation was online and I had Scheduled pick up at 12pm. The reservation confirmation letter should have NOT allowed that pick up time since it was Close by noon. I lost time and money paying taxi fare to the closed enterprise office, an additional taxi fare to return to the airport and a much higher costs for Enterprise car rental at the airport, which unfortunately I was trying to avoid since I was traveling in a tight budget.Reviewed 14 Nov 2017
