Poor Customer ServicePros:Car was okCons:Did not answer my questions about drop off correctly in case charges extra. Manager was super rude because my passenger had left an item in the car after we turned in the keys which he considered “lost” even though they were exactly where I said they were. He then stated I was trying to rewrite their “lost and found” policy. Would never rent again from this location or enterprise because they also were no help in any of this.Reviewed 9 Oct 2018

Cons:The car wasn't cleaned before re-rented, they didn't have the model we reserved, and the hold they put on our card was 300% of the rental, which is not typical.Reviewed 2 Jan 2017
