I think there should be a disclosure of distance from airport. I booked flight & followed promps to car rental. The enterprise was NOT the airport location. To rent from the airport location it was $121 more so I decided to uber to other location. It was 7min drive away a $33 uber ride (all taxis on site were reserved) There are no sidewalks to walk to other location. Once at corfu enterprise location, woman on site gave me different information then previous man at airport location & instead of being helpful did kept repeating "ma'am you booked through priceline,talk to them" I'm assuming did could have been a little more helpful, possibly wave the $50 charge to return car to airport upon departure. Bit again she just kept saying "it's not our responsibility, talk to priceline". I'd like to add I was calm, cool with her never once said it was their fault.Simply stated it's a glitch in the system & I now have to pay $66 extra or $121. The man at airport enterprise said that this happens all the time. The car was loud and wobbly, a hub cap was barely hanging on. Vehicle would not accelerate over 70mph. When you call there is no message saying they can not answer the phone, it just leaves you sitting there listening to it ring until it shuts off. They lost my reservation and I had to wait for them to find me a car I didn't realize that not all Enterprise locations were the same company. This location would not honor a discount coupon I had received from another Enterprise location because they had provided me poor service.. The last comment is partially my fault. Every time I have ever returned a rental car, I have been asked if I left the keys in the car. There are also signs reminding you to do so. Neither of these happened. Unfortunately I forgot to leave the key and after walking to the terminal and getting to security I had to walk back to the unattended Enterprise counter and return the keyReviewed 10 Jul 2022

Liz never called the airport location letting them know our reservation had been moved there due to lack of staffing at her location. Ebony the assistant manager also never relayed the message to give us a call back. Demarcus was extremely helpful and kind at the airport location. He went above and beyond to help us get a car rented that day since Liz had Completely dropped the ball and didn’t communicate with the airport store.Reviewed 13 Feb 2022

Our plane was 45 minutes late and the rental office closed at noon on Saturday. Not something we were aware of when we scheduled the rental. We were stranded. Finally, an agent at Hertz took pity on us as we were traveling with our 4 year old grandson. We will never book through Kayak again.Reviewed 23 Dec 2021
