Pros:It was first time when rental staff explained everything in such detail way. There was no rush with car inspection. We walked around the car discussing what kind of scratches are under warranty and what to be aware of.Cons:I have no complaints.Reviewed 8 Aug 2020

Super nicePros:They had everything ready when we got there to pick it up, and the guy helping us was super nice.Cons:Not quite the car we expected to get, but if worked out fine. However, we had to take a taxi to get there, which was a little frustrating and expensive.Reviewed 22 May 2017

No extra charge!Pros:When the highway was closed completely due to a sinkhole, the company was understanding of the situation and chose not to charge us for the extra day due to circumstances.Reviewed 9 Dec 2016

Cheap rental for a long weekend but no airport shuPros:The car was great and customer service was excellent.Cons:They don't have an airport shuttle. They do help by meeting you half way to downtown Nanaimo when you arrive but it was still a $30 cab ride from the airport to the meeting point. It was a long weekend and they were closed when I arrived to drop off so I took a cab and ended up costing me another $60 to get back to the airport. The rental was cheap but expect to pay an extra $90 in cab fares.Reviewed 6 Sep 2016
