Cons:
Kayak quoted me around $400 to rent a car for the specified period of time. When I arrived at the Enterprise location, they told me that the cheapest option they had available was going to cost around $900 (including insurance). I had no choice because of the situation I was in, but I was incredibly disappointed that Kayak's quote was so far off. If I had known it would have cost that much, I absolutely would not have rented from this location. I will probably not be using Kayak anymore.5.6 Fair

It was a bit busy, but staff worked fast to try and get everyone out. So customer service was okay. I liked that they were working to serve everyone.Cons:
Cars need to be cleaned between customers. If I did not need the car for only a few hours and I didn't already spend 45 minutes checking the car out, I would not have accepted that car. "Enhanced cleaning" had a lot of dead bugs all over the front of the car and dirt and rocks in the truck bed. Like lots of dirt and rocks. Enterprise does not care for repeat customers.4.4 Mediocre

The cleanliness of the car was disgusting!!! I had to be given another car which was much better than the first car. The return of the car was ridiculous as there were no place to return it other than on the streets. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that was right was the assistant manager Ryan K. he was kind and really did a good job in making me the customer satisfied. His customer service and his alone was excellent!! He needs a bonus, you should hire more people like him who are willing to keep customers happy.8.4 Very Good

The car I rented was not available. There was only one other option. The staff was indifferent. When I tried to return the car on the due date, they were already closed (early). The car was garbage.4.8 Mediocre

Sam, the MGR is s JERK. Even though I reserved a car through kayak & had a tracking number Sam said there were no cars available even though there were 10 or more in the parking lot. I had to go downtown which is another 10 miles out of my way to get a car. they did not honor the price you quoted me they charged more this is the second time they've done that. That's called bait and switch. It's false advertising and against the law.Cons:
Sam called the downtown location and they knew I was on my way but there was no car ready. I had to wait at least 45 minutes for them to get a car ready and it wasn't even washed I counted at least 10 employees that were working at that location with only three open windows to serve customers and there were only 4 customers. As a matter of fact I said don't worry about washing it just clean the interior. then afterbAJ completed all the paperwork he took my paperwork back and got me a different car so then I had to wait again. That's ridiculous, their service sucks. No wonder Hertz went bankrupt. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.2.0 Poor

I chose Sacramento Airport when searching for a car. I did not know the Location chosen by Kayak was not actually AT the airport. I spent another $50 With Uber to get to/from the airport. That’s not Hertz’s fault. I also had to leave early due to a family emergency and had the car less than 12 hours9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
When I reserved this car, I wanted to pickup at the Sacramento airport and drop-off in chico. That's what I selected, but when I got to Sacramento airport, my reservation was not there and was actually at a different location off the airport. I would of had to take a cab to get there. So instead of my 77 dollar rental, I had to take a car for 120 dollars. After one day of use, I decided to turn it in early because it wasn't the deal I signed up for.Cons:

We were supposed to pick up the car at sacramento airport do $33. Your add said it. They said we had to go 30 minutes away to Fulton. Or pay $244. So we went to hertz next counter and got one for $50. Avis said it was kayaks fault. IMG_6887.PNG Look at this picture of your add. So stressful! I don't trust kayak now.Thrifty
