The Hotel is very efficient except for restaurant which was slow but friendly. I thnk they will address the understaffing. The pool is wonderful, large bright and airy. rooms are well appointed.

Pros (+) Going down for breakfast one morning and couldn’t help but notice that someone had kicked a hole in the wall of the hallway near the elevator. I went to the front desk to report the damage and really didn’t expect much, but a day and a half later it was totally repaired and you couldn’t tell that anything had happened. To me it just shows that they care. Bravo Holiday Inn Express
