I received a phone call 2 hours before my reservation advising me that there would not be a car available. The person on the phone said they were expecting a truck in 4 hours but didn’t want to promise anything. Also said I should call back later when she was off. I called at 5:45pm to get an update. Was left on hold for 21 minutes and then hung up on. I drove over there and saw at least 10 cars in the C slots. Once I got to the counter, there was no one there and they said “it was first come first served” When I pointed out that I WAS FIRST - my reservation was an hour earlier and no one else was there, all of a sudden there was a car available.Reviewed 21 Apr 2024
