Pros:NothingCons:Was there 45 minutes after rental pickup time due to baggage/plane. Tried to charge me double price. Didn’t have my car and upgraded me to minivan. Which was my friends minivan right behind me. Had to rent another car from Hertz since they screwed us and had to pay 3x amount. BS!Reviewed 11 Feb 2021

Pros:They existCons:They gave my car away to another customer despite having a reservation. Then threatened to charge me over $1,500 for my one-way rental that was less than $300, because they didn't have any cars that were designated for one way. The reason they gave for my car not being available was that there was an error in their computer system that gave away too many of the one-way rentals and could not care less about my situation.Reviewed 28 Dec 2019
