Cons (-) There was a trail of bugs in the bathroom, also there were dead bugs in both beds.

We came down at 6:30 for breakfast to find the coffee pot empty, no plates, syrup, supplies....waffle iron not ready, etc. Approached the only person on duty who was outside smoking her ciggie and apparently had no interest or knowledge about fixing the problem. She came inside, removed the coffee pot, looked around in the cupboar...
