Pros:Clean and great location
Cons:1) The elevator was not working. 2) A “customer” was talking to two “gentlemen” outside hotel entrance, and came in behind me. When I went to go up the stairs to our room, since elevator was not working, I watched her let the two “gentlemen” in the door which is located next to the stairwell. Something tells me something fishy was going on. When I looked later, there was no security camera aimed at the door...a bit unnerving.
Pros:Nothing. Had to cancel reservation after they required a deposit!!!!! Would not allow me to pay over the phone, had paid for family members to stay there.
Cons:Everything.
Pros:Large room with lots of space. Central location. Beds very comfortable. Despite location near busy freeways, the room was quiet.
Cons:North entry door did not allow access. Staff re-keyed our entry cards once, but it never was addressed or functioned properly. Elevator slow and not very responsive.
Pros:The location was good as far as the places we were going to see, easy access to the freeway. The room was big and plenty comfortable. My youngest son really liked the pool and the hot tub.
Cons:Hallway smelt of fresh paint was a bit strong. The neighborhood around the hotel was a bit rough. Found a spent bullet in the parking lot. It shares a parking lot with a motel 6. And there are literally four hotels all neighboring each other. On the last morning before we left I got out of the shower and a rather large cockroach was crawling in the vent.
Cons:The rooms had bed bugs!
Pros:Front desk clerks. They seemed familiar with the sour, horrible odor in the room, he guessed it was the a/c unit.
Cons:The room reeked of musty, sour, stench. Probably from the a/c. The shower/bath plumbing was loose so that water flowed out the back. Weird décor - some kind of fake black granite paint on the counter tops. Think Austin Powers wearing a nose plug. This place is a no-go zone.
Pros:Great staff both attentive and friendly. Will definately return.
Cons:Refrigerator malfunction and bathroom needed maintainence.
Pros:I really liked how comfortable I felt and how nice the room was.
Cons:I really wish continental breakfast lasted longer.
Pros:Had a hot tub in the suite. suite was very relaxing and clean. Front desk was very accommodating. The free breakfast was impressive. thought it would be cereal and bananas, but it had all sorts of breads, bagels, muffins, sausage, eggs, waffles, coffee, three or four juices. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi was nice too.
Cons:I don't really have much to complain about. The fridge could have been a little colder in the room, that's about it. The neighborhood behind the hotel seems a bit sketchy, but we didn't have any issues with people, cars or our belongings.
