I loved that one piece of checked luggage was included in the price of my ticket!
Condor did not pass the wheelchair requirement to the Lufthansa flight which we first took. We bought the two legs through Condor.
Checking in online is a horrible experience. App doesn’t work and the links sent via email only work when they want too. They need a tech upgrade!
I liked nothing about the flight . The business class is a lie . There is no section for business class . It’s just a seat with slightly more leg room . There was no entertainment on flight and food was worst that hospital food . Flight was delayed which made us miss our connecting flight . This would be a one n done flight for me . Will never fly them .
The flight was delayed 1 and 1/2 hours. I had to purchase headphones myself and it’s was working on one side. The entertainment was only 2 movies to watch, not many options at all. The worst thing was I felt very cold during the entire flight and it was no blanket for the customer. My sit had no pillow and I had to ask couple of time until they gave it to me and staff said not guaranteed that they could find one for me. This is the worse experience that I had experienced in my entire life. Not sure I will travel with Condor again.
You have to pay for entertainment Food could be better
We had to book another airline since Condor could not fulfill its commitment
This airline delayed flight for two hours .Did not communicate to the destination airport ,as a result connections were missed .Very rude and neglectful on the phone,Did not help rebooking connection flight and offered awful hotel for stayover,We had to rebook a flight from Phoenix to Portlad by ourselves and hope they will compensate. Awful airline does not deserve our business.
Boarding was chaotic for both legs of my trip. It does not help to have priority boarding (business class ticket) when they let everyone board at once. Otherwise the flights were fine.
This was a very basic flight. You have to pay for water, seat reservations (altho reasonable when you pay at checkin point), there’s no entertainment, no head thing to fold over for when your head leans, etc. Upon boarding, we packed into a bus and you’re not told anything. I like high communication so fyi, we are all going to get on a bus so please pack in and when you get to the plane, you can board from both ends of the airplane. This is not a huge deal but it’s small things like this that make the travel experience a lot more palatable. Also, both flights were delayed but the pilot tried to make up for time. I don’t see any reason why not to fly Ryan air, easy jet or a low budget carrier since everything is a la carte.
Never Fly by Condor! This is the best advice you can get!
Never 👎🏽 Please don’t whrite me anymore about condor. It’s a lessly compagny The crew at the Onboarding are only racist
Seats are small and too close together. Outdated, inoperative entertainment system. Tray table not functional. Hidden recline controls. But 3 hour flight was on time and luggage arrived promptly.
Check in counters at Frankfurt was a disaster. Took over an hour in line even with business class counter. Poor signage.
Sitting in business class and the seats don't recline. No entertainment at all. Food was ok. It was an old Airbus.
Boarding was a mess and started much later than stated.
Not a valued customer..just a herd of cattles that is being shuffled around. Employees just lie into your face. Last time I flew with LH companies. No customer service at all. The customer is their enemy.
No clear baggage rules. Had to pay at gate for my carry on luggage.
No water provided the entire 3hr flight.
Pros: The crew was great!!
Pros: Nothing, very poor seating, to me it felt like that Condor think we are small in Europe. I’m 1,85 and my knees are pressing against the seat in front the entire flight. Nothing from Condor is for free, not even a glass water. On my 20 min flight from Tenerife to Las Palmas Canary Air serves a complimentary glass water.....
Cons: Everything, no more Condor for me, I rather pay extra to fly with an decent airline with good seats and pitch wide and were they serve a glass of water for free
Pros: Nothing, it’s 4 hours in cramped seats it’s a bus hopper and nothing more if you are not willing to pay much more
Cons: They moved the flight forward 30 mins so that I only had 30 mins to switch planes at one of the biggest airports in Europe.
Pros: Boarded fast and early. Crew efficient and cordial. Plane clean.
Cons: Bring your own entertainment and snacks.
Pros: Personal muy amable y dispuesto ayudar, igualmente en el avion como en la tierra.
Pros: Nice Crew
Cons: More space between seats, better air conditioning.
Cons: After six hours of lay over in Frankfurt Lufthansa still managed to lose my luggage. Spending three hours at the Lost and Found office wasn't my idea of relaxing after thirty hours of traveling
Pros: I made it to my destination safe.
Cons: The business class seats were not comfortable. There’s not a lot of room. The flight attendants were not the nicest.
