Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Lake Shikotsu, bus stations, and local attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and activities. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of proper maintenance. Service receives mixed reviews, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as unfriendly or inattentive. The value for price is questioned by some guests who feel the rates are high for the level of comfort and amenities provided. Amenities are basic, with some positive mentions of kitchen access and bedding, but also complaints about cold rooms, limited bathroom facilities, and extra charges for certain services. Overall, the location stands out as the main highlight, but improvements in cleanliness and value are needed.
