Dirty beaten up car
Pros: I like that I got a bigger car as he said but it still looks a compact to me.
Cons: First thing he said when he looked up my reservation that I'm late and he has no car for me usually at this time but luckily it was slow so I had an upgraded car. Whole car is dirty And beaten up. Scratches all over the car and back bumper got hit onto somewhere. I feel like I'm driving a 10yr old car. My pick up time is at noon at I got there by 3pm due to circumstances.

Cons: Someone's Glasses were left in the car. Not sure how cleaning crew missed it being a glasses wearer myself I know I would have appreciated someone returning them to me.
Pros: Was going on a 3-day cross country road trip for California to Florida when we were upgraded for free frim a subcompact to SUV with no additional cost. The SUV comfort more than made up for the increased gas cost (especially since gas was so cheap through the South compared to CA). The service was fast and courteous on both ends: from pick up in CA to dropoff at Orlando Airport.

Cons: My biggest issue and reason I will no longer use kayak or enterprise is the fact that I was in a way robbed. I feel like the Kayak and Enrerprise coordinated their efforts in order to charge me almost double what I signed up for on your site. I was quoted 1 rental price + an optional $9 daily full coverage option. When I picked up the rental I again confirmed that I was signed up through the $9 daily coverage. It should have totaled $27 (3 days at $9) but when I returned the car I was sent home with an invoice that charged me almost double the total rental quote due to a $106 coverage which was about $79 more than I was quoted, and $79 more than I had been told by the Enterprise agent at pickup. The agent made absolutely zero effort to resolve this blatant fraud and again this is the reason that I 1) will never use your services again and 2) the reason that I'm going to make it my duty to spread the word both by mouth and by internet to as many people as possible.
