Exceptional!
Pros: The rental was moved to the Crofton Enterprise office. They provided an exceptional service to my family and I. And, I might add, it’s nit the first time we have received great service at the Crofton office.

Vehicle smelled and 12v ports didn't work
Pros: The staff at Enterprise were professional. They were hesitant but did discount our rental after bringing up the issues we had with the vehicle.
Cons: The minivan smelled like someone smoked marijuana in it before we rented it, so it wasn't properly screened or cleaned. The 12 volt charging ports in the vehicle also didn't work. The slow charging usb ports were the only power sources for charging phones.
