Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and available amenities like the pool, gym, and breakfast. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing unaccommodating or unfriendly staff, billing issues, and unnecessary disturbances. Cleanliness was also a concern, with reports of dirty towels, unchanged sheets, and strong scents in rooms. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others desiring more variety or options for dietary needs. Overall, while the location and amenities were praised, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
