They sent me with tires that had no thread left on them. One was leaking air! I had to stop numerous times to fill it up. Cruise Control was not working because of that. I shared all that with the staff member when I returned the vehicle. He said he did not know about the tires and it is because they have had the vehicle for longer than they usually do because of Covid. I ask that they please change the tires before they rent it out to someone else not to put anybody else at risk.Reviewed 23 Aug 2022

Pros:Yes !Cons:One fact and the only disappointment was no indication at any point on the reservation that the rental was “off airport” adding a cab ride and time that was NOT accounted for. Not being from the region the address was NOT obvious to me.Reviewed 5 Aug 2019

Pros:The car was clean, in very good condition and got decent gas mileage.Cons:It was an over two hour wait in line to get the car because it was a holiday in Canada. They only had one clerk working, who did a great job under the circumstances.Reviewed 13 Oct 2018
