When we arrived they told us they didn't have the size vehicle we had reserved and confirmed. We had to cancel the reservation and find a new company which didn't have what we needed, ended up driving a jump 15 passenger van instead of a mini van and had to pay more money.Reviewed 27 Feb 2026
