Company is not clear about charges and even didn't want to give a printed receipt after we returned the car. Alleging within 30 min you would get by email. We had to insist because we were leaving the city without knowing final charge. When he finally printed the receipt there was 40 dollar difference from what he told us verbally.Reviewed 18 Jan 2024

Alamo as some others on their groups are nothing but thieves. They scam me from a luxury car to a cheap one claiming that AMEX didn’t cover insurance for the luxury car while holding in their hands a letter from them stating that I was covered. But still charged me the luxury car rate blaming on Kayak taking their share off the top first. In other words they pretty much said not to use Kayak at all. I wouldn’t recommend Alamo or any of their affiliates to a dog. I’m not the first one they’ve done this to.Reviewed 15 Jan 2024
