Horrible - I will never recommend this location to anyone! if I could give a negative star I would. But since poor as low as I can rate my experience I'll send you my thoughts. First, it wasn't the style car we reserved, which was a midsized sedan, it was the smallest SUV I have ever been in. Car was not cleaned/detailed and dirty on outside as your should expect from a rental. Wiper blades were months past due replacement and didn't work during rain .... very dangerous! We had been to Michigan around the lakes so some sand on floor mats. But, since car was not detailed for us I didn't think it was our job to bring it back perfectly clean. When I protested and expressed the problems we had with condition of the vehicle, the Manager Owner of 9040 Taylorsville Road, Jeffersontown Kentucky commented - well, I can charge you a $450 detailing fee, how about that? Reserved online and it never said anything about needing a credit card. Went to pickup the vehicle and the unpleasant person at the office just canceled my reservation and gave me the customer service number and went on to the next customer. I was unable to take my trip.Reviewed 25 Jul 2022

We waited 45 minutes to pick up our car--multiple people in line in front of us were waiting for cars that were unavailable, even though they had reservations. The staff was patient but it was frustrating to wait so long.Reviewed 21 Jun 2022
