Pros:Drop off was very easy howerver, the rental agent was not friendly, most likely due to COVID-19.Cons:The car may have been sanitized but was not cleaned. I had to wash the front window due bugs covering the whole windshield left from the prior renter and it appeared someone spilled something (it actually looked like someone vomited in the vent) in the rear console vents which I cleaned with disinfecting wipes. Finally, I was suppose to get a Ford Edge and ended up with a GMC Terrain. Definitely not the same class vehicle.Reviewed 29 Jun 2020
