Staff was really professional and friendly. I did pay 120 EUR for 2 days rental, basic insurance only and had to leave 2000 EUR deposit for Skoda Fabia that was so basic, it did not have Bluetooth to play music. Comparing that to rentals I had in other countries or even in Ireland few years back price is extremely high.Reviewed 1 Nov 2022

Hello. I'm Gabriel and I'm 21. I booked and reserved a car in Dublin Airport for 7:00 pm 15/10/2022 VolksWagen Polo , I went to the front desk and they didn't let me drive the car for my years of age. In the Kayak it didn't show the age policy and restrictions. I paid additionally the Axa additional driving insurance for €9.99 I'll send u the screenshot for the proof that I didn't know about anything and I would like to get a refund from the car and the insurance if it's possible. My driver's Name is Gabriel Cruz. Let me know as soon as possibleReviewed 17 Oct 2022

I was charged €24.73 after I dropped off the car, no idea why as I had paid all the tolls for highways used. Can you please enquire.Reviewed 27 Jun 2022

Very kind staff. Fast pick up and Return of the rental-car. The explanation where the shuttle picks up the people could be also send by mail with a map since there are two Stops at Terminal 1/2. We hope the rental-cars will be one day affordable for all people again ..it got really expansive the last years.( esp. during Corona. Thank you so much for Everything.Reviewed 12 Jun 2022

Pros:Efficient service for pick-up and drop-off.Cons:The outline of the total costs were WAAAAAAAAY off. Will not be using the service again due to this. Gouged us for our trip.Reviewed 7 Jan 2021

Pros:Nice staff, didn't pressure upsell the insurance like I was worried about. Drop off in the city center was not as easy as expected, due to the lack of parking instructions. Value was outstanding.Cons:Need to provide clear instructions that if you are dropping off at the lower Drumconda location, there are no parking spots in front of the office. You need to pull into a bus lane and park there, which isn't ideal, but workable.Reviewed 22 Nov 2019

Pros:PriceCons:They try to rip you off on extra insurance. Concerned they’ve charged us extra. Have to keep an eye on what they actually charged. They did put a 5000€ hold on the card because we declined their insurance.Reviewed 15 Oct 2019

Pros:Staff when doing the paperwork to pick-up the car more helpful & friendly. Staff at the actual car pickup lot less helpful & one a bit dismissive when you asked questions. Staff when dropping off the car a bit unfriendly & seemed a bit irritable.Cons:If you are going to Ireland, do your homework about what your personal auto insurance will cover (call them & let them know where you are going) & also call your credit card company to see if they have primary or secondary insurance when renting the car because many credit card companies don't thereReviewed 28 Sep 2019

Pros:Picking up and dropping off from The terminal 2 station was very easy.Cons:You $5,000 hold on a card if you don't choose their insurance is ridiculous. the car was an automatic, but it felt like it was powered by hamsters.Reviewed 3 Sep 2019

Pros:Pickup and drop off was easy.Cons:This company essentially forces you to purchase full insurance. We traveled to Ireland and rented a car for a few days. I put the rental car on my credit card, and they explained to me that if you don’t buy insurance they will put a 5,000€ hold on my card if I don’t buy insurance.Reviewed 29 Aug 2019
