Well I got my dates mixed up, which had me showing up to pick up my rental a week earlier than I had reserved it for. Lol. My bad! But the professional at the counter was still able to get me a rental anyway. Which was important, as I was there in Dayton without a car and needed to get back home in Columbus. So drop off was different from where I picked up the rental. Personnel at the drop off location was just a friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!Reviewed 9 Sep 2022
