Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and convenient location, with many appreciating its proximity to shops, public transport, and city attractions. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many guests, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and outdated furnishings. Service experiences varied, with some guests noting friendly and helpful staff, while others reported issues with absent personnel or lack of daily housekeeping. Overall, the positives centered on location, room size, and bed comfort, but cleanliness and service inconsistencies detracted from the experience.
