Staff was great. It was a holiday weekend and our plane was diverted. I grabbed the app and rented a car from the plane. We ended up one way drive from Colorado Springs to Phoenix to finish our trip. PReviewed 29 May 2025

Terrible! Mike at Colorado Springs airport cancelled my reservation at the desk after I complained about having to pay additional coverage! I then had to go online and make another reservation. Went back to Mike and he then proceeded to tell me that it was rare to get same day reservations and that the only car available was an electric car. The car was a nightmare to charge and kept showing all sorts of malfunction alerts, I returned it early. Never again!Reviewed 26 Aug 2024

Rude agents at pick up. Couldn’t book earlier that 8AM, wouldn’t give car 30 minutes early for a 5 hour car rental. Very expensive for one day rental, but I was in a bind.Reviewed 18 Aug 2024

Pick up was quick and easy. Drop off was an issue. I took a photo of the mileage and fuel gauge to show but was just asked for the keys. I was billed for not fueling the truck. Ended up having to call customer service due to being incorrectly charged for not filling the truckReviewed 20 Feb 2024
