Pros:The king suite room was large, comfortable, and very clean. Great customer service and modern amenities. I liked the high ceilings, good air conditioning, and crown molding. The smart TV with access to Youtube and ability to log into Netflix was a great bonus.
Cons:Although Riverside Dr has improved in the recent years, it is not a neighborhood that you want to go for a jog in. Just be aware of your surroundings.
Cons:Lack of full service shuttle van to the airport.
Pros:This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. We loved every second of it. Incredibly clean and the nicest staff we have ever encountered.

Pros:The room was comfortable and clean
Cons:I checked in at 11pm and left at 4am and still had to pay full price. The shuttle never came to get me from the airport so I had to call for a taxi after sitting there for over a half hour.
Pros:typical BW Plus. I like staying at BW Plus because of the consistency of the properties... I travel a lot and I like knowing what I'm getting. Great job again Best Western! Keep it up...
Pros:The a/c
Cons:First off, I was charged by kayak. Then I proceeded to get charged by the hotel. Then the night staff could not find my reservation. This lead to a long wait. Then he finally gave me a card to my room, well it was not quite my room. As I entered that first room I found a naked man sleeping on the bed. At this point I was tired and frustrated, so I went back down to the desk. The employee found an unoccupied room. The room was new, but the fit and finish of the construction is terrible. The paint had a horrendous smell, and all the seams in the drywall was very visible. Overall it was a terrible venture down to Austin.
Cons:Didn't like the limited options of bars/restaurants.
