Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the railway station and some found the staff friendly. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including dirty bedsheets, towels, and bathrooms, as well as poor maintenance and lack of basic amenities. Service was often described as unresponsive or inadequate, and several guests faced problems with room facilities and booking reliability. Overall, the positives were mainly the location and occasional friendly staff, but negative experiences with cleanliness and service were frequent.
