The crew was good. Plane was old. No USB to charge my phone. Imagine a 10 hr flight with an old screen not even clear images. The worst part all of my father and my boxes are damaged. It’s all squished, broken, ripped and damaged. All souvenirs and breads I got from my homeland all damaged. Imagine the disappointment I got. My aunt and father are old and in wheelchair. The agent didn’t help us at all. Had me moved all my luggages. Worst part left them in wheelchairs in the middle of the baggage carousels area by themselves. Didn’t explain anything to them while I was as getting all our checked in luggage that’s tagged all the to anchorage. So now I’m left with all luggages and my wheel-chaired older family by ourselves no assistance at all. With damaged luggages to one to ask for help or anything.
All my check in luggage went to 2 flights after mine. No explanation or anything. Even though my flight isn’t full at all. There’s no reason why it’s not there. And worst it’s 2 flight after mine. What a joke.
Staffs were very friendly and food was good. Most of all Bilingual info was plus! Satisfied this point.
Yes, I trust kayak..
Crew are very nice. Am not used to eat Korean food. Thanks
Sitting on a seat for 10 hours is VERY painful. Try to get up and stretch in between !
Overnight flight, just wanted to sleep but impossible with old-fashioned business class (upright ) seats.
Excellent, accomodating, friendly service each crew
The cabin was a bit warm. I was hope my next flight the cabin is a bit cooler.
Hopsitality by the crew members was excellent
Hospitality by the crew members was excellent.
Super smooth! I could not ask for more. Highly recommended airlines!
Everything was smooth, check in to boarding to arrival. Thank you Asiana.
I almost missed my connecting flight. I think timings should be a little modified so that if there are delays, you can still make the connection. I was also missing a bag due to the almost missed connection.
Asiana was fine. It was Budget airlines that Kayak works with that were downright crooks. This is not a company that Kayak should work with. Working with them made me actually trust Kayak much less.
It is what it is. MILM would have been nice to have with snacks.
Not enough English language entertainment options given the length of the flight
Very comfortable seats and leg room
All good .
Everything was nice..
Compared to Eva Air and JAL Asiana food is pretty mediocre. Snacks between meals are almost nonexistent. Wish they had cups of noodles or some mixed nuts.
Always a great experience with an Asiana flight
No problems upon arriving at Incheon and transferring to Manila. The plane was on time. However you cannot check flight status on the app for updates. Good could have been more palatable. Crew were amazingly.
There was a misunderstanding during check in that it was a mandatory requirement to make hotel reservations for quarantine without it you can’t board the airline. So we had to booked a hotel last minute and it was the wrong hotel since it’s not accredited by DOH Philippines. Since it was last minute we can’t get a refund or cancel the hotel. It was stressful and unnecessary hassle.
Cons: Flight crew is great!
Pros: They were able to fly us out of Incheon to JFK even there was only less than 10 passengers.
Cons: Could not ask for more.
Pros: Asiana Manila airport staffs was very helpful.
Cons: Better online service.
