It was easy to find. Comfortable bed. Very close to the Ann Frank house.
Too many stairs. There was no where to hang up even a towel in the shower room, let alone clothes. I felt that the room should have been €10 cheaper due to external shower room. Walls are very thin. Strange alarm went off every time someone opened their room door.
The bed was comfortable and the staff where nice.
The mirror was not in a good position and the lights are to light you can't see anything, the lamp was broken and the room was pretty small we didn't have space to move. For the money we paid we expected a better room
That we left.Couldnt wait to get out.
Where do I start. Firstly we had to carry our luggage 62 steps only to be told we’ve been allocated a room down the street, another 62 steps. The room was a shoebox with a double bed that cramped us and apart from that the room smelled of urine. All that’s left to say is that this place should be shut down and never used as a hotel let alone a boutique again. It’s the worst I’ve seen in my life.
no shower curtain
The hotel to begin with is sooooooo dirty and unhygienic. The staff during check in was fine but during the stay and check out was horrible. The pictures of the hotel room is not from the hotel, its a scam and lie.I do not know why after so many negative reviews why booking.com want to associate themselves with such a hotel. The booking was not refundable and read the reviews after the booking so could not even change the bookings. The stay at the hotel got the whole experience down.
