Tout et parfait et le personnel au top . Sur une échelle de 100 je mettrais 99
Cons: No compensation for flight cancellation No suitable accommodation Bad communication with passengers Bad shuttle service to airport after cancellation
Pros: Flight staff were very nice.
Cons: Flight delayed and rerouted without notice. If at all possible avoid Air Madagascar. At the very least, plan for the possibility of flight cancellations and extreme delays because that seems to be the norm.
Three hour delay no toilet paper in the bathroom a
Pros: Getting away from that aweful plane and crew
Cons: The flight was hell, and I missed my 1350$ connecting flight to Toronto ! Garbage plane and staff
Cons: At least, the flight took off at early morning,no delay or cancel.
Pros: very few people on the plane
Cons: ran out of bottled water
Cons: Flight brought forward by 1 hour without notification, fortunately got to the airport early. One stop flight vs direct which was on original schedule. Chaotic boarding procedures. Avoid this airline if at all possible.
Our flight was cancelled and resulted in a lot of
Pros: I like the fact that the flight left the airport in TLE and landed in TNR
Cons: The cancelations, the general lack of information from any source within the airline and almost everything else about Air Madagascar except for the friendly flight crew and the benevolent employee who took pity on us and actually got us on the flight. We were scheduled to leave two days earlier so ALL of our international connections were missed. If you have any their choice of travel in Madagascar, use it instead.
Air Madagascar sucks
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No bag or passenger screening
Seriously why does Kaya k not respond to emails
Pros: I was told by your people flight was cancelled Then you tell me to get ready to fly and other messages. If you billed my credit card refund it.
Air Madagascar is horrible
Cons: Air Madagascar is a disaster. Of the four flights I took with them during my trip to Madagascar, two flights were canceled and had to be rescheduled. All four flights were at least at hour late with no warning, and on one direct flight they neglected to put my bags on the plane. Most unrealiable airline I've experienced in all my travels.
Cons: We had 2 flights with the airline - one was cancelled and the other was changed with no notice.
New baggage rule
Pros: Not much to like about a flight that was moved from 9:30 am to 6:30 am. Ridiculous.
Cons: Out of the blue Air Madagascar decided it needed to charge for what had easily been carry-on luggage for all our other domestic Madagascar flights. They took 50 Euros for checking a small bag. That, of course, was on top of the preponing of the flight by three hours.
On board Air Madagascar flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 115cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Air Madagascar assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Air Madagascar offers direct flights to 7 cities in 4 different countries. Antananarivo, Saint-Denis, and Toamasina are the most popular cities covered by Air Madagascar.
Air Madagascar concentrates most of its flight operations in Antananarivo.
