Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its connection to the shopping center, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness and bed comfort are also highlighted as positives. However, there are recurring complaints about slow check-in and check-out processes, occasional issues with service and staff preparedness, and some problems with room amenities such as air conditioning and noise. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, with many guests enjoying their stay.AI-generated from customer reviews
