Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable beds. The breakfast at Cup Cafe is often highlighted as exceptional. However, many reviews mention extremely loud music and noise from nearby clubs or the hotel itself, often lasting until late at night, which significantly impacts sleep quality. Some guests also note the lack of elevators and minor issues with amenities, but overall, the positive aspects of location, service, and comfort stand out.
