The value for the location and access to the city. The room was very quiet and clean with a great view. Would stay here again.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near major attractions like the Arch and downtown, as well as the friendly and professional staff. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted as a positive aspect, with many guests describing the rooms as clean and well-maintained. However, parking was a common source of frustration, with several guests citing expensive, inconvenient, or poorly communicated valet-only options. Room size was occasionally mentioned positively, especially in upgraded or higher-floor rooms. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and service.AI-generated from customer reviews

The hotel staff was amazing, but the mattresses and carpet definitely need to be updated.
Asked for upper floor and view of the Arch and it was a beautiful view. Ruth’s Chris was excellent. Staff was friendly. This was the kind of stay where we were sad to say goodbye at checkout! Highly recommend.
Not enough staff. Poor responses. Restaurants closed during major event & not a lot around the area.

Cons (-) Everything was wonderful for my stay. Beautiful view.
Pros (+) Spectacular location steps from The Arch. Staff was helpful even though they didn’t solve my issue.
Cons (-) Booked the highest level room available as I hoped to have a view of The Arch from my room (many of the reviews I read indicated they were given rooms without a view). I figured that a suite would guarantee a room with a view of the Arch. When I arrived I was informed that the suites don ’t have Arch views (go figure) and they had no other rooms with an Arch view available even if I were to downgra...

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) We checked in around 7pm. And the room had but been base up at. Just left as the last guest left it, dirty towels on the floor, dirty glasses, unmade bed etc. I informed staff, just asking them to make up the room while we went for dinner, since we just checked in and obviously wasn't done. So we come back from dinner and they literally didn't do anything more than make the bed. Left the dirty tow...
