Pros:
The staff called me while I was changing planes to get to Houston and said they had to cancel my reservation because they were closing early for the holiday. It cost me over twice what my reservation was to get another car from another rental agency because they wanted to go home early and not honor their contract. I will never rent from Hertz again. this is the second time they have done this to me in Houston.Cons:

Pros:
Staff were less than friendly upon drop-off and pickup. Became surly when they wanted to upcharge me for a larger car on a pre-paid rental. I reserved a compact and was told that they didn't have any, and would have to charge me more for a larger car. I refused, and the representative became surly and somehow found a compact car.Cons:
The car was filthy dirty, despite the "sanitized" logo on the door. Stained seats and carpet, funky odor, and generally dirty both inside and out. Left rear tire lost air and alarm went on; I had to hunt and hunt and then pay $1.50 to get air in the tires. I reported this when I turned in the car and the representative merely said "we've never had that complaint before with this car."10.0 Wonderful

Car was very clean on the inside. But there were some stickers partially peeled off on the outside.Cons:

Pros:
Check-in person took great care of us when we determined we were at the wrong location. Problem-solved and explained airport tax issues on the spot and we were quickly on our way.Cons:
We started off picking up our car in the RIGHT spot, but it was the WRONG car (a really nice infiniti Q50); Kind of disappointing when we had to migrate our baggage to our plain-jane-Nissan-Sentra, Then there were no keys in it. Ha! Not really a big deal though, and we weren't delayed for more than an few minutes.10.0 Wonderful

One Hertz associate was training 2 new employees and still managed to make the transaction smooth and efficient. I even upgraded the car to a larger model. The car was clean and comfortable and the unlimited mileage made my road trip very enjoyable.Ace

Nothing. We didn’t end up renting from this place. They only had one van. The tires were worn out and when confronted by this fact, they yelled at us.Cons:
